Students achieving this qualification are competent to apply hospitality-specific frontline and management skills with specific focus on hospitality management. Students will learn about housekeeping and front office operations and demonstrate an understanding of hospitality-related financial management, accounting, and inventory.

Successful graduates will receive:

In recognition of the quality of the International Hotel School Higher Certificate Programme, the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) will award their Certificate per examinable subject completed, to those who have registered with them and the passed the subject with a minimum of 70%.

  • AHLEI Rooms Division specialisation certificate
  • AHLEI award per module
