Introduction

Running of a successful business depends on being able to handle the costs, reduce expenses and increase profits – that’s what our Financial Management course covers. Teaching you the basic principles of financial statements and exploring management accounting techniques. Giving you the power to interpret financial accounts, discuss and explain raising finance. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on developing techniques and skills necessary to help anybody with minimal experience to understand financial principles.

What will I learn?

Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of accounting.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of the processes involved in cash handling, budgeting, cost control mechanisms, pricing of products and inventory control.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of short-term decision making in relation to management accounting.
Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
