Hospitality and Culinary Learnership Programmes

Students specialise in their chosen fields and remain in their chosen department for the full duration of the year. Due to the fact that these programmes are shorter in duration, they provide the student with affordable qualifications that are easily accessible.

There will be four intakes per year for this Programme.  Students will spend the first two weeks at the nearest International Hotel School Campus doing induction and workplace foundation training, including basic Fire Fighting and First Aid.
