Why study with International Hotel School?

Our courses are both nationally and internationally accredited, and we believe that learning should be reinforced with practical training in the workplace (work integrated learning).

Practical training offers students a chance to learn from real industry experts. Our students and trainees are able to work in various kitchen departments, learning first-hand the requirements of every job role. When our students graduate, they have gained a substantial amount of practical experience and they are undoubtedly job-ready. This emphasis on solid practical training is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Not only do we place all of our students and trainees in practical placements nationally, we monitor their progress to ensure that they complete their practical training with understanding, and achieve the required outcomes prescribed by academic and industry partners.

We also offer our graduates assistance with finding job placement – we’re really proud of them and we genuinely want the best for their career progression.
