National Senior Certificate with a Higher Certificate entry, or Equivalent

Two intakes per year:

February and July

Successful graduates will receive:

International Hotel School Higher Certificate in Food and Beverage Management
(SAQA ID No: 88063, HEQF level 5)

What will I Learn?

This programme provides students with the relevant theory, skills and un-rivalled practical work experience ideal for those wishing to make their career in the field of Restaurants or Food & Beverage.

A Traineeship is a “work while you learn” programme, comprising of work integrated learning and theoretical study. The curriculum is provided through the International Hotel School Online learning platform and supported by attending tutorials. Trainees are subject to have access to a computer with internet access.

Trainee allowance is dependent on the hospitality establishment at which they are placed
