Culinary Supervision Programme

  • 6-month programme
  • Minimum entry requirements: City & Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts or Grade 11 with relevant industry experience
  • Two intakes per year: January and June

This management-based programme focuses on how to run and control a kitchen from cost controls and menu planning to quality control.

The programme structure includes theory and practical cookery lessons, with Work Integrated Learning spent in the industry, learning from kitchen managers at food service management properties and gaining knowledge and skills on the job from industry experts.

Upon successful completion of this programme, graduates will receive: 

  • City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Food Preparation and Cookery Supervision
