Patisserie Programme

  • Duration – 1 year
  • Minimum entry requirement: National Senior Certificate, or equivalent
  • Two intakes per year: February and July
All our programmes’ structure includes theory and practical cookery lessons, with work integrated learning spent in bakeries, restaurant or hotel patisserie kitchens, gaining knowledge and work integrated experience from industry experts.

Qualifications:

City & Guilds of London will award their Diploma to those who have registered with them and passed successfully.

    Upon successful completion of this programme, graduates will receive:
        • City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Patisserie)
        • National Certificate in Patisserie (SAQA ID No: 73292, NQF Level 5)
        • Sugar Craft and Chocolate Work included in the programme
