Our most popular course is the CTH’s Programme in Professional Culinary Arts which has been designed in partnership with Gordon Ramsay’s Tante Marie Culinary Academy. All our Campuses are recognised training centres for Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH) and City & Guilds.
