City & Guilds Culinary Supervision Programme
- 6 month programme, commencing each year in January and July
- City & Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant experience
Boost your culinary qualification with our supervisory based C&G Culinary Supervision Programme which is designed to give you the knowledge and experience to run and control a kitchen, from cost controls and menu planning to quality control.
The course structure includes theory and practical cookery lessons, with work integrated learning spent in industry learning from kitchen managers at food service management properties, gaining knowledge and skills on the job from industry experts.
Practical industry experience is a vital part of the knowledge and skills you need to become a world class Hospitality or Culinary Professional. Our Work Integrated Learning (practical) which takes place at leading hospitality establishments is what sets us apart from our competitors. For the duration of their programme, students will spend 50% of the programme on the campus covering the academic curriculum and 50% of the programme in industry. When students leave the programme, they are job ready.
Upon successful completion of this programme, graduates will receive:
- City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Food Preparation and Cookery Supervision
