The International Hotel School has residence facilities for those students who are in need of accommodation. It is on a ‘first-come-first-serve’ basis, so early booking is essential.
Please enquire at each campus as to the cost of the accommodation. A deposit to the value of one month’s rent is required. Sponsors are required to sign a 6-month contract.
Accommodation provided is single or shared rooms. Senior students are given preference regarding the larger, single rooms. There is a communal kitchen for the preparation of own meals. There is also a student/visitor’s lounge and a laundry facility. All rooms are furnished.
If the residence is full, a list of possible accommodation in the area can be sourced, however it becomes the student’s responsibility to make the necessary arrangements.
A transport facility is available (at a fee) for those students staying in residence, for those staying in outside accommodation, transport will also be available (at a fee) from the school otherwise students are responsible for their own transport.
Please note that the transport is only for the duration of the student’s practical placement, and is in the form of transport to their property and back. The transport is not for the student’s personal use.
